A Conflict Management Workshop will be offered at Honey Creek October 2-5. Knowing that conflict is inevitable, and can be healthy and productive, this workshop gives a grounding in “use of self” in conflict. The goal is to increase your awareness of what is happening to you in a conflict, help you to identify your blindspots, and to increase the range of options you have for effective behavior. Opportunities for self assessment and feedback from other participants and trainers increase the utility of the training. You will learn conflict management skills, methods and theory for use in groups and organizations. This event meets the pre-requisite requirement for more advanced workshops.
There is no pre-requisite training required. Please note that space in this workshop is limited.
